Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on technique that involves light touch on specific points on the head. It is designed to promote deep relaxation and support the release of mental, emotional, and energetic stress.
What this approach focuses on
This approach is based on the idea that thoughts, beliefs, and patterns can become stored in the body and nervous system. During an Access Bars session, light touch is applied to 32 points on the head, each associated with different areas of life such as stress, control, creativity, or communication. Sessions are non-invasive and often deeply calming, allowing the body and mind to shift out of a constant state of activation.
How it can support you
Access Bars may support relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of ease in the body. Many people experience reduced stress, improved sleep, and a feeling of mental “reset.” This approach can be supportive alongside other therapeutic work, especially when the nervous system feels overloaded or stuck.
