Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.
That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.
The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.
We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.

Hi, I'm
Stephanie
Stephanie holds a Master of Social Work and believes that therapy is most meaningful when people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are. Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection, creating a warm and supportive space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore life's challenges without judgment.
With experience supporting individuals and families in private practice, schools, pediatric hospital settings, and community-based initiatives, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the many factors that influence our well-being. Her unique experience living as an expatriate in Saudi Arabia for more than five years further broadened her perspective and deepened her commitment to cultural humility, inclusion, and creating a space where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and respected.
Stephanie works with youth (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, self-harm, and crisis situations. She integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method.
Stephanie is passionate about helping clients gain insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most to them. She believes that meaningful change is possible when people feel seen, understood, and supported—and that no one should have to face life's challenges alone.
