Can assist with
Therapeutic approaches

The therapeutic approaches and methods this therapist may draw from in their work, tailored to each individual.

  • Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.

  • That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.

  • The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.

  • We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.

Frequently asked questions

Hi, I'm

Stephanie

I believe therapy is most meaningful when people feel safe enough to show up as they are. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection, creating a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore life's challenges without judgment. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for support through a difficult season, I aim to meet you where you are with warmth, authenticity, and respect.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families in a variety of settings, including private practice, schools, a pediatric hospital, and community-based initiatives. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways life can impact our well-being and reinforced the importance of seeing each person within the context of their relationships, experiences, strengths, and environment.

I also had the unique opportunity to spend over five years living in Saudi Arabia as an expatriate. During that time, I was exposed to a wide range of cultures, traditions, and perspectives, which broadened my understanding of the diverse ways people experience family, community, identity, and belonging. This experience fostered a deep appreciation for cultural humility and continues to shape the way I approach my work today. I value creating an inclusive space where people from all backgrounds feel respected, understood, and welcomed.

I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people during both challenging and transformative moments in their lives. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can gain insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Above all, I believe that no one is meant to navigate life's challenges alone, and that meaningful change is possible when we feel seen, understood, and supported.
