Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.
That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.
The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.
We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.

Hi, I'm
Arianna
Arianna is a Licensed Counseling Therapist - Candidate. She works with individuals (adults and youth 13 yrs old and up), offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and emotions while navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem.
She has a special heart for those who appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck internally. Many of her clients are driven and dependable, yet struggle with anxiety, burnout, or people-pleasing patterns. Together, she helps them build practical tools, set healthy boundaries, and create a more sustainable way to manage stress, without sacrificing their goals.
Her work is goal-oriented, strengths-based, and tailored to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control. Arianna draws from ACT, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches, and also offers Christian counselling for those who wish to integrate their faith into therapy.
