Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.
That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.
The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.
We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.
Frequently asked questions
Hi, I'm
Terrell
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel comfortable being themselves and supported in navigating life’s challenges at their own pace.
I bring over 14 years of experience supporting adolescents and families, including work in community settings where I’ve helped develop programs focused on connection, resilience, and well-being. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and ACT to meet each person’s unique needs.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, challenges related to self-worth, and relationship concerns. At the core of my work is a genuine respect for each client’s experience and a commitment to walking alongside them with care, curiosity, and encouragement.
