Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.
That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.
The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.
We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.
Frequently asked questions
Hi, I'm
Carolina
I aim to create a safe, grounded space where you feel understood and supported as you explore what’s been holding you back. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, focusing on practical tools, emotional regulation, and gently shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
I draw from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and holistic practices, shaped by over 10 years of experience supporting individuals in community care settings and private practice. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique story and lived experience.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I’m a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I offer virtual therapy to clients in New Brunswick, supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to self-worth, relationships, and attachment.
