Finding the right fit matters. You can explore each therapist’s areas of expertise, approaches, and experience to see who feels aligned with your needs. If you’re unsure, scheduling a consultation can help you ask questions and get a sense of whether it feels like a good match.
That’s completely okay. Therapy can help clarify what’s feeling difficult and what you’d like support with. You don’t need a clear plan before starting — figuring that out together is part of the process.
The first session is a chance to talk about what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a feel for how sessions might look moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. The focus is on creating a comfortable, supportive starting point.
We offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available for your plan, you’ll receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement.
Frequently asked questions
Hi, I'm
Nadrina
I offer a thoughtful, supportive space for people navigating identity, relationships, and periods of emotional or life transition. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel respected, understood, and supported in making sense of your own experience.
I work primarily with youth and young adults, and my approach is grounded in existential and humanistic perspectives. I also draw from CBT, ACT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapies, adapting the work to each person rather than following a rigid framework. I see clients as the experts in their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside them as insight, clarity, and change begin to take shape.
I support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, postpartum and perinatal mental health challenges, childhood trauma, relational difficulties, and questions around identity and self-discovery. I’m also trained to provide WPATH assessments for clients seeking gender-affirming care.
